Profile: Luke lived in Dubai for the last eighteen years, but moved back the UK just as the recession hit. He now lives just outside Bath, in the South of England, where he has been working as a freelance-writer since his return to the UK. He joins the Infrastructure MENA team with a keen interesting in the sector, having lived amongst the marvel of Dubai construction for a large portion of his life.
